Nerello Cappuccio is the vine that gives life to this wine. This single varietal version expresses all its potential. The vineyard is located in the northern part of the volcano at an altitude of 620 meters above sea level. Aged for 12 months in barrique, 12 months in steel and at least another 12 months in the bottle.
TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red with purplish reflections; at first a distinct hint of marasca cherry and berries can be perceived, followed by spicy scents. In the mouth it is warm, soft with a good freshness, moderate tannins and quite persistent.
