Originating in Petrosino, province of Trapani, the Catarratto Lucido grapes are harvested in the first half of September. Removal of grape from stalks, soft pressing, static decanting at temperature of 10° C., fermentation at 15°C. in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow with strong green notes. Intense and fruity aromas with hints of Mediterranean fruits. Sapid, fresh and intense.
