This dessert wine is made of Garganega grapes harvested from 35 year old vines 160 meters above sea level. After drying for 120 days fermentation takes place, and then the resulting wine matures in contact with the lees for a further 18 months. The resulting wine is rich and concentrated with flavors of fruits, nuts and honey. The wine has a residual sugar concentration of 130g/L.
