The grapes for this Chardonnay are hand harvested in the morning of a single day to preserve the integrity of the fruit. The first selection is made in the vineyard during harvesting, the second before destemming. Then the grapes are gently pressed, and separated into thirds. Two thirds will be aged in stainless steel, and one third will age for two to four months in French oak. The resulting blend with be complex and balanced.
Deep flavor of exotic fruits with scents of dried fruits.
On the palate a nice feeling of freshness and minerality well integrated in
a mantle of mature fruits. The lightness is pleasant and surprising, showing a
delicate but fresh wine with an intensity of flavors and aromas.
