Mar Casar winery produces natural, vegan, gluten free wines with no added sulfites. The winemaking process is inspired by Georgian winemaking; utilizing underground Qvevri. During winemaking the skins and seeds of the grapes are kept in contact with the wine giving it a distinctively unique texture.
