Made from Pinot Noir that has become well acclimatized to the vineyard that is located in the northern part of the Mount Etna at an altitude of approximately 620 meters above sea level. The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques, 12 months in steel and at least another 12 months in the bottle.
The wine has an intense ruby red colour and a good consistency. On the nose we perceive hints of red fruits, vanilla and finally a sweet note of cocoa. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, savoury with an elegant and dry tannin.
