Rare local vine infused with ancient traditions. Its special note of tannin, together with other features, makes this wine suitable for long ageing in both barrel & bottle. To obtain the DOC classification, it must be aged at least 36 months in an oak barrel. The taste is strong, with full body, its roughness turning into velvet through maturation.
