This blend of white varieties is aged only in stainless steel and results in a light bodied wine with strong acid and dynamic aromatics. The wine itself is named for Fülöp the Stork who was born in Spain but lived in Bodrogkeresztúr for many years. He brought up 34 fledglings; his partner always migrated, but he stayed. Fuleky winery bottled this fresh and crisp Tokaji in memory of the phenomenal stork who was the stork of the neighbourhood and everyone for 15 years. From the income, they are supporting maintenance of stork nests in and near Bodrogkeresztúr, creation of stork nest stands and electric insulation to protect birds.
