During the winemaking process this wine undergoes a maceration for 12/15 days with repeated daily assembly and subsequent soft pressing of the pomace. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The wine is then aged for 6 months in steel tanks and 6 months in medium toasted oak barriques.
The wine has a deep color to match it's full-bodied and intense character. The taste is jammy, and fruity with balanced tannins and a persistent finish.
