The name, LA TORRE, derives directly from the bell tower of Torbiato di Adro at whose foot the farm stands. The Corsini family started the business on the farm in 1969. The debut of the company was marked, above all, by the sale of the grapes and by a minimal winemaking activity without bottling. Since 2001 it has been decided that the quality of the products must acquire a family brand and give birth to a new philosophy and a value for Franciacorta DOCG under the sign of elegance, class and observance of the specification. Today the total area consists of 24 hectares, most of which is destined for the production of Franciacorta DOCG wines.
TASTING NOTES
Very deep straw yellow with golden reflections. Complex and structured in taste, full-bodied, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet with characteristic notes of the long fermentation in the bottle, that is hints of bread crust and yeast enriched with delicate notes of citrus, almond and hazelnut. Sapid, fine and harmonious.
